Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 workdays (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the order after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping: A higher-speed delivery option is available-extra shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds Policy

We accept returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pawzlesolved.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

Please Note: The Paw-Pack Box and all custom-made products are non-returnable. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
